Privacy Policy
All information collected by Prissy Kate is used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity outside our establishment. Our policy is simple. We do not share any portion of our customer’s information unless we are legally required to do so.

Return Policy
Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned, however, an exchange will be made should an item contain an error on the part of Prissy Kate.  Any return request must be made within 14 days from date of purchase. Please review your order carefully before placing it, as all letters are sewn exactly as they are entered by you. Please contact us if you need to make an authorized return or have any questions. We can be reached by email at info@prissykate.com  to let us know if there is a problem with your order. If you need to speak with us in person, please send us an email and include your phone number and a good time to call you and we will be happy to speak with you in person.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed for a personalized item, it may not be cancelled. It is necessary to enforce this policy because the items are manufactured based on your request and are made specifically for you. All custom items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed. Should Prissy Kate be responsible for an error on your order, we will, of course, be happy to replace the item at no charge.

Buying from us is easy and secure. To place an online order using our secure server, click on any product image and follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.

You can feel confident that our secure server protects your credit card information. Once your card is processed, your statement will reflect a charge from Prissy Kate, Inc.

Orders are usually filled and shipped within 5 to 7 business days.  We ship via the United States Postal System using Priority Mail with Confirmation.  This service usually takes 2-3 day for delivery.  Should you have an urgent need for an item, please contact us at info@prissykate.com so that we can make arrangements, otherwise, all orders will be filled according to the shipping guidelines stated in this policies section.
