Order Information
Order Processing and Availability:
Most of the items on our site are processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery within the U.S. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Express/Overnight shipping is available, for an additional fee (see below). Please be aware that from Halloween through Christmas orders may take a little longer and consider this when placing holiday orders.
Problems With Your Order:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@prissykate.com and make sure you submit a phone number and email address where you can be reached. We will do our best to contact you and remedy the problem as quickly as possible.
Ordering Off-Line:
If you are not comfortable placing an order on-line, please send an email with your order information and your phone number, to info@prissykate.com We will follow up with you via a telephone call to confirm your order and gather credit card information.
Gift Order:
If your order is being sent as a gift, we can enclose your personal message. Please be sure to specify that it is a gift order and type your enclosure message in the gift card message section upon checkout. The gift will be wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a complimentary ribbon. If no gift message is given, the order will not be wrapped.
Tracking Your Order: Enter the email address used when you purchased your products, along with your order number, to view your order details.
